Bamblu promises you a money-back guarantee. Any problems with checkout, call Vangie direct at 707-799-7099. Order will be shipped using the carrier that best suits your order. We use USPS Priority Mail or Standard Mail, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or Home Delivery.
Terms and Conditions ~ Cancelled Orders
1) If you are not satisfied with our products, you will get your money back upon the return of unopened and unused products to Bamblu within 30 days of order. There is one exception. Clearance items are NOT returnable.
Bamblu will refund you the value of the item(s) returned less a 15% restocking fee.
If you received your order with free shipping, Bamblu will refund you the value of the item(s) returned less Bamblu's shipping cost to ship to you and a 15% restocking fee. A copy of the initial shipping receipt would be provided upon request.
You pay all return shipping charges.
Bamblu reserves the right to decline a refund request for any items returned that have been opened or used and are not in their original packaging.
2) If you receive damaged or incorrect items from us, Bamblu will:

Whichever option you choose, the item(s) need to be returned to Bamblu. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the damaged or incorrect item(s).
When you open the box, we recommend you compare the contents to your order before opening an item's packaging. Bamblu reserves the right to decline a refund request for any items returned that have been opened or used and are not in their original packaging.

Returns Process ~ If you need to return an item, simply login into your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item button. Then just select the most appropriate categories to outline the return details, and enter your reason for the return request, such as "not satisfied", "damaged during shipment" or "incorrect items supplied."
We'll then notify you via e-mail and provide you with details on where to return the products. Items should be returned using UPS or USPS and require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure the items are packed in a sturdy and secure way so as to avoid any damage in transit.
Refunds will promptly be made to the same account used for the purchase after we have received and processed the returned item. You're Done!
Cancelled Orders ~ Upon cancelling a completed order, your funds will be released or refunded less a 15% fee. This covers all expenses incurred by your transaction.
Lost Orders ~ On a rare occasion, an order could be lost in shipping. Call us immediately if you believe your order has a problem. 707-824-1809.
