Online OR In Store Orders
Shopping our website is the fastest and most convenient method for placing an order. However, if you prefer not to order on online, you may place your order by phone, 707-824-1809 or at our store pickup and order counter. See Customer Service hours here.
At the conclusion of check out you will receive an invoice and order confirmation number via email. Any note or comment you specified during checkout will also appear on your invoice. If there are any edits or adjustments to your order, which may only be less than the original amount, will cause the updated invoice to also be emailed to you.
Check Your Order Status
If you placed your order through an online account with a password, you may check the status of your order at any time simply by clicking on my account, signing in with the same email address used to place your order, then selecting Order History. To check on the status of any other order, call 707-824-1809 or email us at email@example.com. A standard temporary password will be provided if you are unable to login.
We do not currently accept international orders. Please contact us if you have additional questions about shipping.
