TERMS and CONDITIONS

Returns ~

1)  If you wish to return our products you will get your money back less a 15% restocking fee, no questions asked. Simply return the item(s) unopened and unused to Bamblu within 10 days of order. You pay all return shipping charges.

There is one exception. Clearance items are NOT returnable.

If you received your order with free shipping, Bamblu will refund you the value of the item(s) returned less Bamblu's shipping cost to ship to you and a 15% restocking fee. A copy of the initial shipping receipt would be provided upon request.

Bamblu reserves the right to decline a refund request for any items returned that have been opened or used and are not in their original packaging.

2)  If you receive damaged or incorrect items from us, Bamblu will:

  • refund you the full amount,
  • replace the item(s) you had purchased, or
  • give you a store credit,

for the value amount of the item(s), including shipping costs you may have paid. Bamblu will pay the return shipping charge.

In either scenario, the item(s) need to be returned to Bamblu.
Please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the damaged or incorrect item(s).

When you open the box, we recommend you compare the contents to your order before opening an item's packaging. Bamblu reserves the right to decline a refund request for any items returned that have been opened or used and are not in their original packaging

How to Return an Item ~

  • Call Customer Service or login to your account.
  • View the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu.
  • Click the Return Item button.
  • Select the most appropriate categories to outline the return details, and enter your reason for the return request, such as "not satisfied", "damaged during shipment" or "incorrect items supplied."
  • Return items using UPS, FedEx or USPS and require a signature upon delivery.
  • Please ensure the items are packed in a sturdy and secure way so as to avoid any damage in transit.
  • You're Done!

We'll notify you via e-mail and provide you with details on where to return the products.
Refunds will promptly be made to the same account used for the purchase after we have received and processed the returned item.

Cancelled Orders ~
Upon cancelling a completed order, your funds will be released or refunded less a 15% fee. This covers all expenses incurred by your transaction.

Lost Orders ~
An order could be lost in shipping (knock on wood, hasn't happened yet.) Call us immediately if you believe your order has a problem. 707-824-1809.
