We will ship to street addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs may be re-calculated and invoiced AFTER checkout for any difference in shipping cost prior to shipping.
Your order may be shipped from one or more locations. If we do partial ship in two shipments to complete an order, your shipping rate will be calculated as one shipment.
In stock items are generally shipped Next Business Day. If a portion of your order is out of stock, the available items will still be shipped unless you have specified otherwise at checkout. However, this is unlikely to occur as our system will not let you order more than the available inventory. For an item to be unavailable after ordering would mean there has been an error in the inventory count. NOTE: out of stock items will not be back ordered.
You can expect delivery in 1 to 5 business days after date of shipping within the lower 48 United States. Your order may arrive sooner, but we cannot guarantee this. During checkout, you may select a faster method if you need your items sooner.

Orders shipped to addresses within the lower 48 United States may receive free shipping for special offers made throughout the year. Free shipping may be UPS ground, FedEx Ground or Home Delivery service, or USPS parcel post or priority mail, whichever we deem to be most practical. Free shipping is waived when you select a faster shipping method.
Orders are shipped to one or more addresses as requested by you, once approved and funds are captured. Any change to a shipping address requires the order to be cancelled and completely re-entered. To maintain a high level of customer service requires extra precautions to avoid fraud.
NOTE: If the delivery address does not match the address on your Credit Card Statement we reserve the right to inquire for further explanation and in the worst case, we may decline the order due to incomplete information. All funds would be released to customer's authorized account.
Please provide the complete street address for delivery along with a phone number. We reserve the right to determine if we will ship to an address that is different than the registered credit card address.
Upon cancelling a completed order, your funds will be released or refunded less a 15% restocking fee. This covers all expenses incurred by your transaction.
