Bamblu palm leaf disposable plates are a lovely gift from nature and one of the most eco-conscious products you can use in everyday living or for special occasions. Made from an areca palm leaf that has fallen to the ground, they are 100% self-sustainable, an organic raw material and of course, biodegradable. Each piece will vary from light beige color to a dark brown color, just like any dried leaf. Palm is lighter than bamboo or wood tableware, yet so strong they can hold up to 20 times their own weight and are puncture and leak resistant.
Ideal for portable camping gear, RV camping supplies, long hikes or emergency kits. Use for indoor or outdoor dining and picnics, buffet dining, snacks or hors d’oeuvres. Earthen palm leaf dinnerware accentuates a wide variety of styles for wedding dinner menus, birthday party themes, and really should be on your tailgate party list!
Reusable, though designed for one use. May be gently washed with soapy brush and water. Do NOT immerse in water, dry flat upside down. Remember, it is a leaf! Cases are packaged in food grade shrink film to protect against warpage and have a two year shelf life, as packaged. Store in a dry location and best practice is to keep packages sealed or in an air tight container (if your weather is humid) until ready to use. After using, simply toss in the trash with food waste, your green recycling can, or home compost and produce nutrient rich soil within two to three months without light, oxygen or chemicals. Cows and sheep have been known to love them, too!
