  • Most of our products are in stock in our warehouse and shipped within 24 business hours.
  • Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via the USPS website at or UPS. You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm Pacific time will be shipped the following day. We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.
  • If a portion of your order is out of stock, we will contact you. Out of stock items are not automatically back ordered.
  • We will ship to street addresses within the contiguous United States.
  • Shipping rates are estimated in your cart, prior to check-out.
  • Shipping costs may be re-calculated and invoiced AFTER checkout for any difference in shipping cost prior to shipping and we will contact you for additional payment OR advise you of reduction in shipping cost, usually prior to accepting your funds.
  • Shipments to PO boxes will not be deliverable by UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air. Only select Regular Shipping if you are looking to get a package delivered to a PO box. For anything other than "Regular Shipping" you must use a physical address.
  • Please provide the complete street address for delivery along with a phone number. We reserve the right to determine if we will ship to an address that is different than the registered credit card address.
  • Your order may be shipped in two shipments to complete an order. Your shipping rate will be calculated as one shipment.
  • Sorry, we cannot accept website orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or outside the United States. For shipping outside the contiguous United States, please give us a call at 1-707-824-1809 to request a shipping quote for items you would like to order.


  • Locals may pick up Monday through Friday in Sebastopol, CA. Call us at (707) 824-1809 or write a comment during check-out that you will pick up.
  • Funds for shipping will be deleted by Customer Service, not collected.


  • All orders over $99 will be eligible for Free Shipping if shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S.
  • Simply choose this option when checking out and we'll ship it for free!
  • Free shipping may be UPS ground, FedEx Ground or Home Delivery service, or USPS parcel post or priority mail, whichever we deem to be most practical. 
  • Free shipping is waived when you select a faster shipping method.


  • Orders are shipped to one or more addresses as requested by you, once approved and funds are captured.
  • Any change to a shipping address requires the order to be cancelled and completely re-entered. To maintain a high level of customer service requires extra precautions to avoid fraud.
  • If the delivery address does not match the address on your Credit Card Statement we reserve the right to inquire for further explanation and in the worst case, we may decline the order due to incomplete information. All funds would be released to customer's authorized account.
